I received the new iPod touch as promised. It is working great. I read the reviews from other people and I am very careful not to get any moisture on the iPod. The battery life seems better than my older iPod and so far lasts for about 3-4 hours approximately which is good.
I use my older iPod when I excercise. My daughter downloaded one of the games from the iTunes stores and she was playing for hours. The WiFi feture works great. It is not superfast, but I can look up web sites without turning on the computer which is cool. I also use the weather feature and the stocks feature. I was playing with the maps feature and it is really interesting. My favorite feature is that I can listen to podcasts without syncing my computer. It works great for audio podcasts, and not video podcasts which is fine with me. Overall, it is a very enjoyable new gadget.
