I'm in that group of folks who are over a certain age and just not that computer savvy. However, this thing is awesome! I played around with my sister-in-laws, and had to have one. I listen to the music in the car, use it at work (epocrates rx app), and I know there's so much more I could be doing with it. I was pleased with how easy it is to use, as well as how easy to download apps and music. I would definitely recommend this product.
