I purchased an iPhone, and of course, went with the more expensive 16gig one. After the first week, phone would not sync with PC properly, returned to AT&T, soft reboot, no help, returned to AT&T again, hard reboot, no help, then received message on iPhone, something about airplane mode. Returned to AT&T again, sent to Apple store, port was corroded, all within 3-4 weeks, water damage. The only possible cause of this water damage was that the iPhone was in our bedroom, on the other side of the room from a humidifier. Called Apple customer service. Warranty was void since there was "water damage", and we were out $300.00. I now have a Blackberry Bold, and it is wonderful. I would give 0 stars if it were possible.
