This is the worst product I've purchased from Apple. I've recieved my ipod touch less than a week ago and it is of no use now.
After synchronizing it to itunes it stated there is a newer version of the firmware so i clicked the update button. Now the new version is not working on the system and everytime I click restore error 13 and error 14 is appearing in a window.
I've run all the diagnostic test and nothings hapening. I've sent a service request to apple, but just trying to send an email to them is another nighmare. You have to go through a million and one pages before you can do so.
Everything that needs to be added to the ipod touch must go through itunes, and what is worse you cannot just click one item from your playlist and add it to the ipod touch play list. You have to synchronize the entire system all the time. Such a waste of time.
I've recently purchased a psp for my son and the ease of adding music, videos, ebooks, adiobooks is so much easier. Even if you're not using psp manager you can do so using windows.
Not to mention there's a lot of ghosting on the screen of the ipod touch when I'm watching a movie. The psp is much sharper for viewing movies.
After being excited about this product especially for the calender features and the video capabilities I'm so disapointed because I spent a whole lot of money for a pack of garbage that isn't working.Get more detail about Apple iPod touch 16 GB (2nd Generation) NEWEST MODEL.
