I must say, this is definitely an improvement over the first generation, given the new links to Weather, Maps, Stocks, Mail, and YouTube. Just a warning, though: if you have a lot of emails in your Inbox, it takes FOREVER to load new emails. I've sat there for 5 minutes while it still said "Checking For Mail."
Other than that, it's a great model, although I'd definitely purchase the 16GB over the 8GB.Get more detail about Apple iPod touch 16 GB (2nd Generation) NEWEST MODEL.
