You will not have the latest V3.0 software until you pay $9.95 to upgrade. Why the Ipod touch is not equipped with the latest software? I bought the IPod Touch couple days ago from Apple store and receive today. What I found out is that I have to paid $9.95 to have the latest V3.0 software. It did not make sense to me at all.Get more detail about Apple iPod touch 16 GB (2nd Generation) NEWEST MODEL.
