i ordered with some hesitation because it was refurbished i was so wrong it looks new, but it is a wonderful product i can download games, books, the only drawback i encountered was the wifi, no one explained that you needed a wireless router to use the wifi part of the ipod, all in all i love the ipod touch. and the wifi does work when i go to a hotspot!Get more detail about Apple iPod touch 16 GB (2nd Generation) NEWEST MODEL.
