I did not grow up with any knowledge about electronic items. I had to learn it or ask my son all about computers. I saw a video demonstration of the ipod touch and I knew it would not be hard to use at all. I just love this item. I got a used one because of the lower price and it had a few scratches on it. The scratches do not effect the quality of the ipod touch. This is so much fun and convienient to carry around to show all your pictures to friends and family. I love the fact that I can download any game or music right on the ipod touch. I can also get my emails. I have never had any problem buying through Amazon.com using a second company.
