I find the iPod Touch to be a versatile and fun toy/tool. Apple has been very smart forcing you to use their iTunes interface while linking it to a host of options through their Store. At first I was annoyed, but I got over it as I began downloading inexpensive music, games and applications. There is also a wide variety of useful inexpensive accessories available by third party vendors. Accessing the internet from the iPod Touch, via Wi-Fi Hot-spots' or a wireless router, is easy, but some of the news pages do not scale up making it impossible to read text on the small screen. I have not found that to be a problem with email however. To eliminate clutter on the home screen, I would like to have control on what is presented. Some of the default applications I don't use and would like to be able to deactivate them.
