Firts my ipod touch had a malfunction with it's volume button every time you pushed the volume it would shut my ipod off then one day all together my ipod shut off and wouldnt come on again. I sent it in and they told me they wouldnt fix it due to abuse or accidental damage. I am 27 and I am sure I havent done anything to my ipod that would cause any damage.
