A family member recommended the Ipod touch to me as a useful accessory for my simple business. And I have to say, it is the handiest gadget I could ever hope for. I no longer have to pull out my laptop at Starbucks to clean up my email, I just crunch through it on my Ipod Touch. It syncs with my Outlook calendar, and has several useful applications. I can keep up with news and even twitter with it. It even had lots of space for a couple of movies when I went on vacation.
I took a star away because it is a delicate machine. I dropped it and dented the button that turns it off. This has not diasbled it, it goes into sleep mode by itself.
At the Apple store, they took one look at it, and they have ordered a new one for me! So the customer service at Apple seems to be top-notch once you figure out how it works. I have been a PC kinda guy, so I had to learn that you make an appointment to talk to the service department.
